Tottori Prefecture has produced many manga artists, including Shigeru Mizuki, the creator of "GeGeGe no Kitaro," Jiro Taniguchi, the creator of “A Distant Neighborhood" and “CHICHI NO KOYOMI," and Gosho Aoyama, the creator of "Detective Conan." In 2012, we established the “Manga Kingdom Tottori” and are working to promote tourism and industry and develop human resources through manga.
